We have a wide range of menu options for clients attending conferences and seminars. Whether you prefer a more formal seated lunch or an informal buffet you'll find our food to be of a very high quality and also excellent value.

Shown here are some examples of the food on offer, and please remember that our delegate rates also include light refreshments throughout the day.

Roast Topside of Beef with braised onions and a rich allspice sauce with Yorkshire Puddings
Roast Loin of Pork with spiced apples, herb and sage seasoning and a port wine sauce
Roast fillet of Salmon marinated in herbs, served on stir fried vegetables with coriander butter
Baked Cod topped with a tomato and basil crust, served on a potato bake with a lime sauce
Roast supreme of Chicken wrapped in bacon and served in a creamy Mushroom and Tarragon sauce
Chicken "Nicoise", braised in Madeira with cherry tomatoes, diced potatoes and butter beans
Pan fried Pork loin steaks with a cider cream sauce served on Bubble and Squeak and apple fritters
Sautéed strips of beef in a brandy and peppercorn sauce, served with buttered Fettuccini

All served with potatoes and a selection of fresh vegetables
