We have a wide range of menu options for clients attending conferences and seminars. Whether you prefer a more formal seated lunch or an informal buffet you'll find our food to be of a very high quality and also excellent value.

Duck and green peppercorn terrine served with an apple and plum chutney
Roasted vegetables marinated in olive oil and herbs with tomato bread and feta cheese
Seafood and fresh vegetable consommé flavoured with saffron
Avocado and smoked Chicken salad with a light lemon chutney and green salad leaves

Poached Fillet of Salmon filled with its own mousse, with a white wine sauce and crispy leeks
Panfried Pork Entrecote served on creamed potatoes with a coarse mustard sauce
Supreme of Chicken roasted with chestnuts and bacon in a rosemary sauce
Beef Stroganoff cooked in sour cream and red wine, served with Wild Rice
