The Budget Sponsorship is offered with Hospitality as a package. Once you have decided on the size of your budget, the most suitable package can be tailored to suit your guest list, while the menus can be planned accordingly. Drinks are not included as a standard item as individual requirements are not easy to meet within a fixed price. However, you may wish to set a limit on your bar costs in which case we can advise. |

Hospitality Suites There
is accommodation for parties of 12 to 150 in purpose-built hospitality suites with a full
view of the racing. Should a personal suite be unavailable you will find the Orchard
Restaurant a first-class alternative. Some examples of how much it will cost to entertain
your guests are as follows. Each suite has close circuit television which will show all
the racing and there is a Tote Kiosk on the same floor level. |

| Orchard Restaurant |

| Tables may also
be booked in the Orchard Restaurant which directly overlooks the course. Here your guests
can wine and dine and enjoy a birds-eye view of the whole course without ever leaving the
table. There is a Tote Kiosk in the restaurant and plenty of televisions which show
all the racing.
Window tables can be booked for £48 per head to include admission to the course, racecard, three-course lunch, afternoon tea, with coffee service throughout racing. The Sponsorship Package Catering excluding drinks is included in
the packages listed. Some examples of what it might cost you to entertain your guests for
a day in your own private suite with choice of race sponsorship are as follows: |
